When a visitor enters a name or case number in a search tool on this site, the query is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. The provider processes the search and supplies its result. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.

It provides general direction about the Caddo Parish Clerk of Court, First Judicial District Court for the Parish of Caddo, Clerk Connect, and eClerks LA. Louisiana R.S. 44:31 supplies the general public-record baseline, while Code of Civil Procedure arts. 251 and 253 address clerk custody and electronic court filings. R.S. 13:754 concerns the LCRAA remote-access framework, and R.S. 13:5992 addresses qualifying criminal minute-entry access. Those rules govern official records and do not make this private site a record custodian. We are not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports about third parties.
